Today’s quote was found on the back of a shirt of a young man with whom I was playing basketball this morning. I’m understanding more and more that life involves pain, and that is NOT a bad thing. Pain is an important indicator. Learn to read and interpret it correctly and it will keep you safe and moving forward. Avoid it and it will keep you stuck – and will still show up in another form.
I prefer the pain of hard work to the pain of regret.
