This is what I am going to tell my friend who recommended me to come.
first, give her a big hug and thank her.
Then I'll let her know that I'm so grateful for the spirit that was here and for the opportunity to learn the things the Lord needed me to understand about Faith and my thoughts.

Philosophies of men mingled with scriptures and other truths. Yet, the first great commandment was not mentioned as far as I heard.
I would like to talk to you about how the first great commandment is so helpful to what I feel you are working to achieve. 602-509-9143

Helpful for everyone! Recognizing what we are thinking and how it impacts how we feel is crucial. It is helpful to understand your situation as neutral and you can choose how you feel about it. Everyone needs to know how to feel hope.

A honest powerful way to stay positive. Humorous, and uplifting way to keep from being a downer. Learning from and seeing the blessings that come from our afflictions in a helpful way. Never thought of being down on myself as being prideful. That was eye opener, I needed. Especially as I'm getting older and can't do as much I used to and really missing that part of myself. And wishing I took advantage of it more while I was young. (I hated that I missed the first part of it. ) Really great advice and fun humorous way of seeing how ridiculous we can be with down on ourselves. Fun way of looking at things that go wrong in our lives. I really want to look up any of his materials he may have on line. I love his approach. The children that I have that can make be laugh in troubled times are comical like this and it was really helpful to help me get through those hard times. They are like jewels to me. He reminds me of them. And a wonderful mother had that was good at that. He is a really great speaker and I would guess would a great phycologists to have. A kind I need and could use.
