With so much fear, doubt, discouragement, and negativity in the world, we could all use a little soap for our hope.  One of the most powerful ways to scrub your hope is to start noticing all of the amazing things that already exist in your world, and to keep a fresh appreciation for what you have right now.  Forget about all of the stuff you don't have, and foster gratitude for all you do have.  Use this soap regularly, and see how clean your hope becomes.

    This guy needs some soap for his mouth. He may be funny for some, but I am not uplifted by his language. In fact his words trigger my abuse from the past. Pretty inappropriate, I think, for a therapist to recommend. I do not care to receive this type of material in the future.

  • Dr. Paul, you’re spot on. You don’t have to look far at all to see how fortunate we are and what great opportunities abound. The video fits perfectly. -Michael
