What have you noticed about problems and challenges?
If you are like most people, you encounter problems and challenges on a regular basis, and some of them don't seem to go away.
Keeping a positive perspective through these challenges is essential to our mental health and sense of happiness. This positive attitude and perspective does not eliminate our problems, it illuminates them. Positivity allows us to see life's challenges in a different light, which opens up possibilities for what we can do with them.
We start with generating feelings of gratitude for what is. This gratitude provides the energy to move forward and create something even better.
