To manifest great things we must do a little more work than we may have anticipated, but less than we fear.
Remember, stuff just sits there until you move it. Water runs downhill until you add pipes and pressure to alter its course. Cake ingredients are just ingredients until someone mixes and bakes them.
There is no substitute for good old fashioned work. Professional titles are often actually named after the work activities they represent. Cooks, bakers, farmers, painters, builders, receive their titles directly from the work they do. Teachers teach, runners run, writers write.
I have held my book in my mind and heart for more than a decade. The reason you can now hold it in your hands is because I went to work, put my hands to the keyboard of my computer, and physically wrote the words. As I go to work and write, my thoughts become the book.
If something works keep doing it – if it doesn't work get rid of it. This includes thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and attitudes.
Work makes things work.
