Hello Friends! Sir Edmund Hillary, who won worldwide acclaim in 1953 by becoming the first to scale the 29,035-foot summit of Mount Everest, the world’s tallest peak, died this past week. I am impressed with those who show us, like Hillary, that we can conquer seemingly impossible tasks. An associate of mine used to sign off on his e-mail messages with this phrase: “Those who say that something is impossible should get out of the way of those of us who are doing it.” I also like this quote that is attributed to Edmund Hillary: “It is not the mountains we conquer but ourselves.” Good luck with your mountains today!
